Jack Black and Jeremy Piven Kiss and Make Up.

King Kong star Jack Black has made up with Entourage star Jeremy Piven after Piven completely blanked him at a Hollywood party.

Black says Piven was carrying a grudge because he beat Piven to a role in the film High Fidelity and tried to intimidate him when he was talking to a director at a premiere. “I was talking to this guy when Piven stepped in and all of a sudden he was talking to the director and I was facing the back of his head. I was like: ‘Whoa, dude! What are you doing? You just cut me off!’ He turned round and there was this strange, awkward tension.”

However, after Piven heard Black gripe about the incident, he immediately set about making amends, according to Page Six. A source told the paper that the pair had met at a mutual friend’s house and talked about what had happened. “They smoked a peace pipe and discussed their mutual admiration for each other. Mutual admiration is in full effect.”

Mutual admiration my ass… my guess is the hippie lettuce was in full effect. I wonder if they had the munchies afterward.
