Pop star Christina Aguilera is scheduled to appear as a guest star on CSI: NEW YORK sometime in February of 2007. The episode will reportedly feature a storyline about battered women. This is a subject Christina is certainly familiar with as she grew up in an abusive home and is a major contributor to a women’s shelter in her hometown of Pittsburgh.

Executive Producer Anthony Zuiker tells TV Guide magazine, “Christina’s a fan of the show, and we’re excited to have her. The episode will probably explore the topic of battered women.”

Christina’s music will also be featured in the episode.

As most of you probably know by now, Denise Richards had a little altercation with the paparazzi the other day in Vancouver. As a result, she threw 2 laptops at them and accidentally hit two elderly ladies. The women only suffered minor injuries, and police have said Denise won’t face charges for the incident.
