I know this will probably come as a shock to you but… sources are reporting that Lindsay Lohan is no longer on the wagon. She has stopped attending AA meetings and is hitting the cocaine and booze… hard. Star Magazine reports:

It’s been less than a year since Lindsay Lohan left rehab - but friends and family members are frantic that she’s on the fast track to another drug and alcohol-driven breakdown. “Lindsay’s been drinking, doing cocaine and causing all-around mayhem for the past few months,” an insider tells Star. “She quit going to Alcoholics Anonymous and has absolutely never taken recovery seriously. She’s gotten progressively worse, and everyone in her life is really scared.”

Not taking her recovery seriously? Are you kidding me… what has she ever taken seriously? I’m only surprised that it took this long for the rumors to start.

Lindsay Lohan did what all great people do when they feel the need to set the record straight. She blogged.

Lindsay used her blog to address the rumors that Ali Lohan, her 14-year-old sister, got breast implants. Hmmm, doesn’t this sound familiar? What’s next… a coke habit… rehab… maybe a gay relationship? People magazine says…

The 22-year-old actress took to her blog Thursday to slam online speculation that her little sis may have undergone breast augmentation. In fact, Lindsay said she was confronted by a photographer who yelled, “What do you have to say about people commenting on your sister’s implants?”

“It made me feel a bit sick to my stomach,” Lindsay wrote on her MySpace Celebrity Blog.

The actress – who’s preparing for her recurring role on Ugly Betty – said she’s “not judging” people who do have cosmetic surgery.

“But all in all my mother taught us to appreciate what we have been given,” she wrote. “Nor would she ever encourage, or allow a 14-year-old child to alter her body.”

I wouldn’t be surprised in the least. Just sounds like the next step in the Lohan path to fame playbook.

Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina Lohan has denied reports her daughter was approached by Hugh Hefner to strip off for a photo shoot in his famous Playboy magazine. She tells UsMagazine.com:

“That (offer) never happened. That would be a no.”

It was widely reported last week the mogul had asked the 21-year-old to re-create Marilyn Monroe’s famous nude swimming scene from 1962 movie Something’s Got To Give for the pages of Playboy, after posing in a state of undress for New York magazine the same month. But Dina Lohan - who is currently filming a reality series about life with the Lohans - is adamant the Mean Girls star was not asked to pose nude for the adult publication.

TMZ has an exclusive story and video interviews of the three men Lindsay Lohan basically kidnapped in her pursuit of her assistant the night of her arrest. Lohan grabbed the keys to the Denali SUV from one of the boys and drove from Malibu to Santa Monica at speeds of over 100 miles per hour. At one stop light she was allegedly doing circles/donuts around her assistant’s car.

Dante says he tried to grab the wheel, prompting Lindsay to say, “If you touch me I’ll sue you.” Jakon says they pleaded with her to stop.

They say at one point, Lindsay boasted, “I can’t get in trouble. I’m a celebrity. I can do whatever the f**k I want.”

He says Lindsay responded, “I’m a celebrity. I’m not going to get in trouble.”

When police arrived, Dante says it seemed as if Lindsay told officers, “I wasn’t driving. The black kid was driving.”

Ok, but was she drunk?

Dante says Lindsay was never without a drink during the evening and he even did a shot with her.

Ronnie says Lindsay looked “very messed up” and “raging.”

Dante and Jakon say they saw Lindsay flunk the field sobriety test. They say when she tried touching her nose, she almost fell over.

Sure… blame it on the black kid. What a girl…

Former Hollywood publicist Jonathan Jaxson is claiming that Lindsay Lohan and DJ Samantha Ronson are really, really close friends:

Maybe she was tired of the boys and that is why she decided to spice it up with BFF Samantha Ronson,” notes Jaxson. But another source dismisses the talk. “Oh, please, that’s silly,” says the source. “Lindsay just loves to have fun and mix it up a bit.”

Makes sense… hell, she has probably run out of heterosexual men in Hollywood anyway.

A clean and sober Lindsay Lohan hit DJ AM’s birthday party at LAX over the weekend. And by “clean and sober” I mean “looking fucked up as a dirt road lizard.”

Sorry… I don’t know what “looking fucked up as a dirt road lizard” means either but it sounded cool a the time.

Lindsay Lohan spent almost every night last week partying at some of New York’s top nightclubs.

After meeting up with British actor Jude Law at The Box late last Friday and Saturday, where observers claimed that she was “drinking champagne and dancing with four Lindsay look-alikes,” the actress continued at Butter and Bungalow 8 on Monday, March 12, and Plumm, with her fashion designer friend Charlotte Ronson, on March 15.

Meanwhile, Lindsay’s father was released from prison this week, but Lindsay doesn’t seem to eager to spend time with him.

It was reported that Lindsay bolted from The Plumm on Thursday night, not long after she heard that her father might show up.

TMZ reported that Lohan was “so deeply concerned that her felon father would crash the Plumm party she was deejaying, that she had the club go to serious lengths to prevent him from showing up.”

Supposedly, club owner Noel Ashman posted “extra security” to keep Lindsay’s dad from slipping through the door, and even gave a photo of him to the bouncers, in case he “tried to weasel his way in”.

Lindsay Lohan has been accused of running over a photographer in New York. The photographer was taken to St. Luke’s hospital.

Onlookers say Lohan, 20, rolled her BMW towards the lensman who then fell to the ground, saying he had been run over. She accused him of “faking it” as he writhed on the street, it was claimed, before leaving in another car, driven by a bodyguard.The photographer was taken to St. Luke’s hospital. Lohan was initially allowed to leave the scene by police but was called back several hours later for questioning. The extent of the photographer’s injuries are as yet unknown.

Not really a surprise… she was bound to run over someone eventually.
