Nicole Richie has plans to launch her own perfume. The Simple Life star revealed she has a number of exciting projects in the pipeline for when she finishes filming later this year. Those plans include releasing a signature scent.

She tells Britain’s OK! magazine:

“I’m working on another book, plus I’m launching a jewellery and accessories line, a sunglasses line and my own perfume.” She added: “I think I’m going to do some travelling. Summer is my favourite time of year, so hopefully I’ll also find time to just relax by the beach.”

Seriously, does anyone really want to smell like Nicole Richie? And what are they gonna call it? How about… “Talentless Skank”… that’s what I would call her it.

Nicole Richie’s recent health issues on the set of The Simple Life were reportedly caused by hypoglycemia. According to her rep:

“In her ongoing effort to focus on her well-being, Nicole has recently been diagnosed with hypoglycemia” or low blood sugar, her spokesperson tells WHO.

Nicole and Paris Hilton will be working as counselors at a health camp on the fifth season of their E! reality show but Richie’s own health issues have recently been a problem.

“Four or five times she’s felt really faint and almost passed out,” a source tells WHO. “She has to go into her trailer for a good part of the day.”

Nicole was hospitalized on March 2 with dehydration and she reportedly collapsed again on March 14 but since the diagnosis has been feeling much better.

“[She] is taking steps to manage it.” Adds a show spokesperson: “Nicole has reported to work each day and the results have been fantastic.”

Hopefully now that they know what the problem is Nicole will take the necessary steps to manage her health properly.

Paris Hilton says that she and Nicole Richie will be “friends forever” after deciding to end their long-running feud.

The hotel heiress fell out with her Simple Life co-star in January 2005 but the pair finally managed to put their differences behind them at a reconciliation dinner in Los Angeles recently.

“We’ve been friends for 23 years of our lives and when you’ve known someone that long she’s like a sister,” Paris said. “I’m really happy to have her back in my life. I love her to death! We’re definitely friends forever now.”

“She’s amazing. Nicole has a great personality, she’s beautiful and sweet, and she’s fun to hang out with. She’s hysterical - she can make me laugh so hard!”
